The Packaging Manager-Brewer at DC Brau Brewing, LLC, is part of the DC Brau Production and

Management Teams. The Packaging Manager-Brewer is the point person for management of DC Brau’s

packaging operations, including the day to day packaging schedule, management of part-time packaging

staff, delegation of tasks to full-time brewing staff in rotation on the canning line, and routine

maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of packaging equipment.

In addition to management of packaging operations, Packaging Manager-Brewer will support and rotate

through all shift production rolls, including packaging, brewing, and cellar operations. This will include

periods of both early and late shifts.

This position reports directly to the Head Brewer and will be required to work in coordination with the

brewhouse and cellar, warehouse, marketing and sales, and administrative staff. The Packaging Manager-

Brewer may also be required to participate in DC Brau events and promotional activities.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Experience in brewing techniques and applications with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience

and/or advanced technical training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience, are

required. A degree in a related field can be substituted for work experience. Brewing related certification

or degree preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $50,000-55,000 annually depending on experience
