5. Working principle:
a) The empty pallets are separated by the pallet distribution mechanism and sent to the conveyor rollers one by one.
b) The empty pallet is input from the lateral direction, and its lateral positioning is determined by the photoelectric element.
c) The carton coming from the filling line is taken to the forming table through the turning table, roller table, and acceleration belt (to realize the carton turning meet the requirements), and gathered in a certain way to realize the required stacking form.
d) When a row of cartons is full, the pushing mechanism pushes it forward to the forming table through the unpowered roller, then repeats this action until the whole layer is arranged.
e) When the empty pallet is conveyed in place, the pushing mechanism pushes one layer carton onto the empty pallet, the sucking mechanism will put one cardboard between layer and layer. then the pallet moves back, another layer carton is transferred to the pallet.
f) When the guide clamping device is opened, the lifting mechanism returns to the previous position to transfer another layer carton to the pallet.
g) Repeat the above actions until meeting the required stacking layers, then the lifting platform rises, and the full pallet is output by the conveyor roller. at the same time, another empty pallet is conveyed in place, and a new cycle starts.
