The carousel is composed of table plate, Rotary support, basic frame, plate support and 1 frequency gear motors.

1.The carousel will work in continue mode. 2.The table is driven by 1 gear motors, a SIEMENS Inverter for rotation speed.

3.Provide 1 slipping ring
4.1 pipe for air pressure, 2 pipes for water -1 inch size with 15 manual valves. (fast connectors and flexible from manual valves to carrier supplied by customer). 5.Provide air pressure display and adjustment on the center of the carousel.
6.Provide fixing holes(M8) and lateral guides for 15 mould-carriers: accuracy position ± 20mm.
7.The rotation of the table will be done by a gear motor + a frequency convertor ( brand :Siemens).
